Rehan Kapadia
Principal, Licensed Real Estate Broker
Rehan founded Wave because he saw an opportunity to change how people see real estate. Prior to founding Wave, he was the director of market strategy and served on the advisory board of Turtle Bay Capital. There he specialized in acquisitions of Manhattan office buildings valued over $500MM. Before that, as an agent for various other real estate brokerages, he has generated over eight figures in gross rental income. Rehan has lived all over the continent, from Chicago and Florida to Toronto, Canada, and finally, NYC. Because he understands how difficult it can be to move and find the ideal home, he guides the team toward success. He earned a B.A. from New York University for Public Policy and Government, with a dual minor in Social Work and South Asian Studies. He graduated from Marmion Military Academy, and continues to stay true to his community as an active member of multiple not-for-profit charities and boards. He also speaks three languages: French, Urdu, and Tagalog.

Marc Lewis

An industry Veteran of over four decades Marc has done and seen it all in the Real Estate industry- from Agent to Owner to Manager to Landlord and Investment Sales specialist. Some of the notable building sales and development sites Marc has sold are a Doorman building at 225 East 70th. Street, The Crescent Club development site in LIC, the Legacy Condominium site at 157 East 84th. Street and many others. Additionally, he has personally owned the following properties in Manhattan: 414 East 88th. Street, 308 East 83rd. Street, 153-55-57 East 85th street, 312 & 316 East 93rd. street, 315 & 319 East 95th street, 1491 Lexington Avenue to name a few. As a Former Owner of Gardner Realty and Apartment World Inc., Marc Lewis Realty, Century 21 NY Metro and others he is now leading Wave as the President of Brokerage Services where he oversees all Sales and Rental Brokerage using the many tools and relationships he has developed over a forty-five-year career in Manhattan. The business may have changed from when Marc first started as a young rental agent at Gardner Realty, but the relationships and standards that have been maintained all of these years have remained very strong. At Wave, Martin excellently manages outside communications and securing clients. As an agent, he is committed to being flexible and available to his clients, making sure they are always happy and informed. Before joining Wave, he was a UX/UI designer for start-ups, translating complex systems into user-friendly interfaces. Martin also ran a private consulting firm, Interdas, to help develop business ideas and conceptualizations across China, Nigeria, Poland, and Australia. There he had the opportunity to address business management issues across the globe, and he takes those skills with him as a C-level member of the Wave team. He holds a degree in Studio and Fine Arts from Portland State University and plans his travels around a lifetime of learning. He’ll also go out of his way to pet a bull terrier, and speaks Polish.

Soren Murray

Soren Murray is originally from Los Angeles, but he’s lived in New York City for 35 years. He moved from one huge city to another to attend Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. For him, the best part of the city is meeting all the different people from all over the world that are drawn to New York, the nightlife, the opportunities, and the amazing cultures and food. His genuine interest in customer satisfaction fuels his drive to seek out the best offers, and guide clients through the paperwork process which can be a daunting task. Before getting started in real estate, Soren supervised for a moving company, bartended, and did water quality research of Jamaica Bay for Brookhaven National Laboratory under the Bloomberg administration. He is persistent and dedicated, and has successfully helped clients who needed to find a home and sign a lease by end of day. When he’s not showing properties to clients, his interests include basketball, snowboarding, running, and biking.

As Director of Information Technology for Wave Real Estate, Kenneth Hu is responsible for the vital role of keeping the firm’s technology ever up to date and cutting edge in order to streamline operations, and best serve the company’s agents and clients. Always looking out for new advances as well as cost effective solutions, he also is in charge of implementing and overseeing both in-house and outsourced technology solutions, with an eye for streamlining efficiency without losing functionality. Kenneth first entered the information technology field working in the garment industry. He became IT Manager for his first Manhattan real estate brokerage in 1997, growing its IT department from a six computer office in to more than 100 stations company-wide. Prior to joining Wave Real Estate, he also handled the entire technology setup at his prior firm’s Harlem office when it was first launched, as well as AC Lawrence Coldwell Banker.
